The Error 'Domain Mismatch' is a known issue with CloudSponge.
If you are a Widget user:
You can do a manual update in your widget code so that it reflects the correct domain. Please follow these steps:
For example, if your widget is embedded at the url mycompany.com/signup, you should edit the code to read: data-share-url=mycompany.com/signup
- locate this line in your widget code: data-share-url=
- change the url after the equal "=" sign to match the url where your widget is embedded.
- Clear your cache and reload your site to test.
Your address book importer should now be fully functional. If this did not resolve the problem, please turn off the address book importer then contact us for further assistance at email@example.com
