Yahoo!SmallBusiness: A Record Instructions
Editing your A Record points your base domain (e.g. yoursite.com) to your LaunchRock page.
- Log in to your Yahoo! Business Control Panel
- Click Manage Advanced DNS Settings.
- Click Add Record.
- In the Source field, enter the part of subdomain you set for your website in LaunchRock.
- For example, if you chose signup.yoursite.com, enter: signup
- Enter 54.243.190.28 in the Destination field.
- Click Submit.
- Confirm your choice by clicking Submit again.
Note: To increase reliability you should create four A records by following the steps outlined above and point each one to a different LaunchRock IP address:
- 54.243.190.28
- 54.243.190.39
- 54.243.190.47
- 54.243.190.54
Congratulations! Your A record is now configured to point to LaunchRock.

A CNAME record is required for your hosted Landing Page. Create your Yahoo!SmallBusiness CNAME record.
Once you've modified your A records, it may take up to 72 hours for changes to update live.
