I created my landing page, it gives me a 404 error. I tried a custom domain name by setting CName & A records as well as using a launchrock

The ignition theme widget tries to request the following files from our server rather than the Launchrock servers:

/js/ignition/themes/mobile_app/img/lx.jpg
/js/ignition/themes/mobile_app/img/ph.jpg
/js/ignition/themes/mobile_app/img/logo.png

the favicon wont load! i keep getting the same one i had... trying yo load a newer version but still getting the same one, thanks

"Thank you" Email not being sent after sign-up

I wanted to test the sign-up field by entering my email address to see what the thank you email would look like once it was sent, but i never received it. I've tried 4 different email addresses but all have had the same result

I'm trying to sign up to build a landing page, everything is fine, but it's not validating my address (Ireland doesn't use zip/postal codes). Please help

When I enter a fake email or don't fill in my name it don't send but it doesn't say what the error is.

After importing emails from GMail into the sharing page there is no "Send Invitations" button so the user cannot share. It works once a user starts typing in the email field.

Tried to sign up on a launchrock page, only to discover your system rejects email addresses where the domain name's TLD is yt.

I suspect your software, like many others too, imposes far too strict restrictions on the format of an email address (See RFC2822).

Once I launched I could easily change my landing page text; however I couldn't update the text shared by the social media (e.g. facebook) which isn't relevant / written correctly... How can I update this text?

If extra fields signups are not filled in, then just filling in email doesn't work to validate in the end. Would be better that we could enter email at least, and other fields not be mandatory.

In the building process Launchrock requires an "Email reply-to address", but there is no such field to fill in.

Sorry to bother you; however, I have a wee issues with the widget.
I just want the email box itself but It comes in with a white background and I want the background to be that of the HTML5 index.html

Also if I wanted to stop it from changing position based on the scale of the browser how would I go about doing that? Cheers!

The E-mail Message field in the E-mail Configuration tab does not register text pasted from clipboard, in other words, if you paste copy the preview email does not update, and after Launch, is not saved and reverts back to the default e-mail message. I observed that you will have to manually type into the box to have the preview updated but in most cases after typing quite some long text, it also disappears after launch/save.

The physical address fields also intermittently empties their values and we need to fill them again.

Tested using Firefox, Chrome, IE9.

I have updated my text and images for all my social sharing options, however the linkedin share still has the old text and image. I have enabled and disabled it with no luck. How do i get it to update?
